Interview magazine consists almost entirely of Interviews conducted by and with actors and musicians, both established and up-and-coming. Because the Interviewers are fellow artists, topics discussed in the Interviews are interesting and unique. They are conversational, and you feel like you get to know the artist better as people rather than as commercial images.

Interview Magazine labels itself as 'The Crystal Ball Of Pop' is an ultra edgy and hip magazine about music, celebrities, film, fashion and the arts started by world renown pop artist and personality Andy Warhol in the 1980's. The celebrity subjects for its articles are as selective as Mr. Warhol himself was back in his Factory Days.

Interview magazine is really great. The magazine has its Interviews done by celebrities. It gives an interesting perspective to the whole celebrity world. The people asking the questions are the people who are usually being questioned. The reader gets to see what insights the celebrity has on their whole make-believe world.

I found Interview Magazine to be a great way to discover the many sides of some of my favorite artists, and some lesser known artists who are now on my radar. Instead of reading their responses to questions asked by a journalist, we're given the opportunity to hear what their peers want to know. For example, John Travolta did a great Interview with Scarlet Johansson a few months back. This magazine is definitely worth checking out.

I first started subscribing to Interview magazine about 15 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. It is a great combination of a broad look at current entertainment culture with some "up-close" an in-depth Interviews of interesting "entertainment makers". The "large tabloid" format is particularly attractive as it provides a great venue for large photographs. Recommending Interview magazine is an easy task.

Interview Magazine has always been a favorite of mine; simply because it lets artists speak their minds on a variety of subjects. The Interviews tend to follow a whimsical route. Not once have I felt the magazine "plug" and artist or their work. In fact the editors pick the up-and-coming, avant-garde so-to-speak, artists for their articles.
My favorite Interview last year was Fiona Apple Interviewing Kanye West. Who knew that they are huge fans of each other's work?

Interview magazine brings you into the 'real' world of celebrities and world figures. Generally they are Interviewed by their co workers and other members of the industry and it gives it a unique and again a 'real' feel for what the person who is being Interviewed is all about. I love this magazine and read it from cover the cover the day it arrives. It also talks about parts of the entertainment industry and political world that a 'regular' journalist will either not think to ask or won't get a true response. When the questions are asked by their peers I think they just feel relaxed in talking about it. I highly recommend this magazine if you are interested in learning more about what famous people 'really' think and feel you will also love this magazine!
